Following undergraduate and postgraduate training at music conservatoires in Manchester and London I joined the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and embarked on over thirty years of performing and teaching.

The sudden loss of my youngest child in August 2017 led to a change in direction. I found solace in reading and writing and enrolled for two years’ study in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming with the Quest Institute at Regents University, London.

My education over the last seven years has been transformative and my therapy and coaching practice is now dedicated to helping others whose lives have been shattered by bereavement.
